About Us: Derek starting cooking aboard the USS Passadena submarine. He attended the Culinary Institute and started his career cooking at the Pittsburgh Field Club for almost 5 years. Later he was offered an Executive Chef position at the Restaurant at Grandview in North Braddock, where he ran the kitchen for 8 years. He then found the opportunity to have his own place at the Manor Grille. Derek enjoys Golf, Darts and hanging out with friends and family...all of which he doesn't get to do too often! Megan (his wife) has a BS in Communications from Point Park University, works from home for Milestone Center Inc. and does all the errands and fills in for staff when needed. Megan is also Treasurer of Manor Recreation Board. We have a wonderful and supportive family we couldn't have done this without their help. We have a 3 1/2 year old Madison and 18 month old Julia.
