HALL RENTAL INFORMATION
Friday and Saturday (Deposit Required = $100.00)
Option 1
Rental = $200.00 (plus a minimum of 10 bottles @ $25.00/bottle)
All alcoholic beverages are to be purchased from PVFC
PVFC supplies a bartender at $7.00/ hour.
Note: for groups of more than 75, two bartenders are required
Option 2
Rental = $350.00
Customer supplies all beverages and bartenders
Note: A cleaning fee of $100.00 is required unless completed by
the renter.
Sunday thru Thursday (Deposit Required = $50.00)
Option 1
Rental = $75.00

Customer supplies all beverages and bartenders

Setup of the hall by renters is to be completed on the day of rental.
Also,
the hall may be setup after 8:00 PM the night preceding the date of
rental
if not rented by another party. Fee for previous night setup is $50.00
