1.FITNESS is essential for our bodies to work efficiently for optimum fat burning and provide energy to keep us going in our fast paced world.

3.NUTRITION is the foundation of any successful weight loss/management program.  So we will insist there will be no fad diets!  YOU MUST EAT.  WeÕll provide you with the knowledge to choose the right foods, at the right times, and in the right amounts.  Your current food plan can be evaluated and weÕll work with you to make choices that will fuel your lean muscle and starve the fat.  YouÕll be amazed at the great foods you can eat and still lose weight.

 

The staff at It Figures believes women need strong, healthy muscles Ð we incorporate weight training at least two times per week.  After age 25, if she is not participating in weight bearing exercise, the average female will lose ½ pound of muscle per year!
